Even if the week difference in travel plans wasn’t a factor in the outcome of the 49ers dominate win, I don’t understand why McVay didn’t allow his team to actually enjoy Australia.
Taking a 15+ flight the day before the game and then flying out immediately after it just negates the whole international experience.

Interesting Niners RB split week 1 vs Rams: CMC with 10 rushes for 68 yards and 5 receptions for 20 yards and Kaelon Black 14 rushes for 65 yards and 1 reception for 5 yards.
It looks like this might be the plan to either ease CMC into the season or a way to keep him healthy for the playoffs and if that’s the case, CMC will definitely underperform vs his ADP.
